John Morris

Senior Vice President for Development


John is responsible for leading the Texas A&M Foundation’s development team and fundraising strategy. He ensures the organization meets fundraising objectives to guarantee support for Texas A&M University into perpetuity.

Will Fusselman '95

Vice President and General Counsel


Will is responsible for corporate legal affairs and legal aspects of the Texas A&M Foundation’s nonprofit corporation status and its fundraising and asset management mission. He also serves as the Foundation’s corporate secretary and corporate compliance officer.

John Huser '89

Vice President & Chief Financial Officer


John oversees all of the Texas A&M Foundation’s finance operations, including teams focused on gift processing, receipting and accounting. He also manages the departments of human resources, real estate services, and information services and technology.

Mike Pia

Chief Investment Officer


Mike manages the Texas A&M Foundation’s long-term investment pool benefiting Texas A&M University. Through effective diversification and systematic oversight, he helps ensure that the Foundation’s portfolio can perpetually meet the university’s current and future needs.

Vice President for Talent & Culture


Jill oversees areas focused on strategic leadership, talent acquisition and growth, organizational development and team member engagement to ensure a best-in-class culture and talent management program for the Texas A&M Foundation.

Chris Speier '00

Vice President & Chief Data Officer


Chris oversees the strategic direction of all information technology, information services and research-related projects. He is also responsible for implementing and maintaining all technical systems and ensuring their integrity and security.

Sarah Tobola '96

Assistant Vice President for Human Resources


Sarah oversees the Texas A&M Foundation's organizational policies and recruitment, hiring and talent management practices. She is also responsible for efforts related to compliance, employee relations, performance and benefits.

Patti Green '92

Director of Marketing


Patti leads the Texas A&M Foundation's marketing and communications initiatives to amplify the Foundation's messaging and brand. She oversees marketing strategy, internal and external communications, digital and print portfolios, media relations and crisis communications.

Annette Forst '88

Associate Vice President for Development


With over 26 years of experience in major gift fundraising within the higher education and non-profit sectors, Annette Forst has established herself as a leader in philanthropy. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President for Development for the Texas A&M Foundation, she supports the Vice President for Development in managing a dedicated team of development professionals for five colleges and institutions at Texas A&M University including the College of Architecture, College of Education and Human Development, College of Performance, Visualization and Fine Arts, Texas A&M at Galveston, and Texas A&M Health.

Chastity Carrigan '16

Vice President for Development


Chastity Carrigan has built her career on her passion for higher education philanthropy. Currently serving as the Vice President for Development at the Texas A&M Foundation, she oversees a team of passionate development professionals dedicated to creating meaningful giving experiences for donors to philanthropically support Texas A&M University. She is directly responsible for overseeing the development units for key colleges and institutions including, the College of Architecture, College of Arts & Sciences, College of Education and Human Development, College of Performance, Visualization and Fine Arts, College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, Bush School of Government and Public Service, Corps of Cadets, Division of Student Affairs, School of Law, Texas A&M Health, Texas A&M University at Galveston, and Texas A&M – Fort Worth.
