Who can request a tour?
Tours may be requested by Foundation staff or other Texas A&M affiliates. Campus tours are provided for Foundation guests, which may include donors, prospective students and friends of the Foundation. Please provide the purpose of the visit as well as number of guests, their names and they have any special interests, such as a particular college, major or area of campus so we can plan appropriately.
When are tours offered?
Tours are offered Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
How far in advance should I request a tour?
Tours are offered based on the availability of Maroon Coats, so as much advance notice as possible is appreciated. Tours between semesters and during the summer may be limited due to the availability of Maroon Coats.
What can I expect from a Maroon Coat tour?
Tours are provided via golf cart with a maximum of four guests and two Maroon Coats. Campus tours generally provide a broad overview of campus and last 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the location(s) of interest to the guests. Main campus tours generally last one hour, while tours including Mays/West campus generally take an hour and a half.
