Our planned giving team is eager to understand your interests and will help you plan a legacy around your passions, whether establishing a scholarship for the next generation or funding groundbreaking research. Contact us to explore potential impact areas and discuss which giving methods most benefit you.
Consult with your financial planner to include the gift in your estate plans.
Send us a copy of the pertinent page in your plans. If the gift is not properly worded, we might not have the power to make sure it supports your chosen campus area. But don’t worry: Once we review your formal documents, we can ensure everything is in place to carry out your wishes.
We’ll create a gift agreement with you. This document outlines your gift desires so we can adhere to them in the future.
We’ll invite you to become a Heritage Member. Open to individuals or families who plan a gift to the Foundation, Heritage Membership is our way of expressing our gratitude and connecting you to the university through exclusive events.
When the funds pass to the Foundation after your lifetime, our legal counsel and accounting team consult your gift agreement and administer the gift according to your wishes, creating your unique legacy in Aggieland.
If you have a gift for Texas A&M University in your estate plans but have not previously informed us, please let us know. We’ll work with you to ensure your gift will have the maximum impact on your Aggie passions. We’d also like to give you a Texas-sized ‘thank you!’
